All products are instant-delivery or access-based, so our refund and returns policy differs from that of physical goods.

You may be eligible for a refund if any of the following issues apply to your purchase:
- Product was not delivered or access was not granted
- The delivered product could not be activated or did not function
- A verified technical issue that the OXOKE team was unable to resolve

Once your refund request has been verified, the amount will be returned within 3โ7 business days via the original payment method โ EPS (Bkash / Nagad / Rocket / Bank), Cryptomus, or Paddle. Additional verification or documentation may be requested if needed.

If your access or product is not functioning for any reason, we will first attempt to provide alternative access or re-delivery. If that also fails to resolve the issue, a refund will then be initiated.
