OXOKE sells digital products and online services only โ€” such as Cricket Live Streaming, Premium Video Editing Packages, Facebook Tools, Verified Leads, AI Courses, and similar offerings. All products are instant-delivery or access-based, so our refund and returns policy differs from that of physical goods.

You may be eligible for a refund if any of the following issues apply to your purchase:

  • Product was not delivered or access was not granted
  • The delivered product could not be activated or did not function
  • A verified technical issue that the OXOKE team was unable to resolve

  • You have successfully used or activated the product
  • You placed the order incorrectly or changed your mind
  • You provided an incorrect email address or phone number
  • You have violated OXOKE's terms or usage policies

Once your refund request has been verified, the amount will be returned within 3โ€“7 business days via the original payment method โ€” EPS (Bkash / Nagad / Rocket / Bank), Cryptomus, or Paddle. Additional verification or documentation may be requested if needed.

If your access or product is not functioning for any reason, we will first attempt to provide alternative access or re-delivery. If that also fails to resolve the issue, a refund will then be initiated.
